Shot in 9 days on a budget of $100k, Dinner with Friends follows eight friends trying to hold on to their group as they get older and life gets complicated. Over a series of dinners, the group deals with loyalty, loss, and an uncertain future as relationships shift and secrets are unraveled, with each dinner bringing its own dynamic-shifting announcement of reconciliation, unexpected relationships, and betrayal.
